Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, can submit a verifiable consumer request regarding your personal information. You can only submit a verifiable consumer data portability or access request twice in a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must comply with the following:

  • Provide enough information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

  • Describe your request in sufficient detail so that we can understand, evaluate and respond to it appropriately.

 

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to submit the request and confirm that such information relates to you.

 

You do not need to create an account on our site to submit a verifiable consumer request.

 

We will only use the personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the identity or authority of the requestor to submit the request.

Response time and format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing.
